Your Rights
You may exercise your GDPR rights (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection) through this process.

How to Submit a Request
Email info@disyeri.com.tr with the subject line 'GDPR Request'.
Written requests may be delivered to Mecidiyeköy ve Esenyurt, İstanbul, Turkey, or sent via notary.
Phone: 0530 122 26 60 (for information only; formal requests should be in writing/email).
Identity Verification
We may request identity information to verify that the request relates to you.
Requests made on behalf of another person may require a notarised power of attorney or proof of authority.
Response Time
We respond within one (1) month of receipt.
This period may be extended by two further months where complex; we will inform you of any extension.
Right to Complain
If you are dissatisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
In Turkey, the Personal Data Protection Authority (kvkk.gov.tr) is the competent authority for processing by Dişyeri Grup.
We encourage contacting us first, but you may complain directly to the authority.
